The location is convenient for local attractions.

Unfortunately, my room smelled stale upon arrival and wasn't very clean. The towels provided were rough, and there was a lack of basic amenities. I expected more considering other guests spoke favorably about cleanliness.

Convenient location but needs better upkeep

The best part about our stay was definitely the location. it was just a half mile from Barber Motorsports Park, which made getting to the event a breeze. However, the room could use some serious TLC—it felt a bit outdated, and I noticed some cleanliness issues like cobwebs in the corners and a loose toilet. In addition, while I appreciated the effort from the staff, the lack of basic room amenities, like a robust cleaning before our arrival, was disappointing.

Had a great time with my friends! The location is ideal for visiting places like local parks and shops. The staff was helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately, the sheets were rough and not very comfortable, which affected our sleep quality a bit.

It was just a balanced option for a city holiday in Leeds with great value. The fridge didn't work during my stay, but they quickly bought us a 1/2 gallon of milk to replace what went bad.

The room was pretty spacious, but the beds could definitely use an upgrade—felt a bit rough. I did appreciate how clean everything was overall. The bathroom needed a little TLC, but at least it was secure. The owner was super helpful, which added a nice touch to the stay. Oh, and it's right across the street from Buc-ee's, so that was a win!
